Recently my family moved from our Anchorage home of 22 years and hired Alison’s Relocations for our move. I very strongly recommend others do the same. Alison’s team handled our move professionally. They were very careful and caring with our family treasures. The packing was very thorough and complete. Even more than those basic moving needs that were so well handled, the moving crew was an absolute pleasure. From the first hours when the crew arrived to the moment they walked out the door, we had a great time. They obviously enjoy their work and each others. It was truly a pleasure to have them having fun in our house. Moving is stressful enough that you don’t need to worry about the movers. Interestingly when we arrived at our destination, the team that helped us move into our new home were also very happy our move was handled by Alison’s. They said the moves are always well packed and organized in a way that makes it smoother for them. The company’s reputation is strong even outside Alaska.

I have moved many times in my life. Most of the moves were through the military. I have had experience with many moving companies and I can easily say that Alison's Relocation was the absolute best experience I've had. This move was not military, but was for work. The office staff are unfailingly polite, professional, and quick to respond. The men who delivered our household goods at the end of the move were not just professional and efficient, they were kind and very helpful in ways that felt above and beyond what they had to do. My husband and I both commented to each other just how different this team was compared to past experiences. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. I highly recommend using Alison's Relocation if you are considering a move and have the opportunity to choose your moving company.

Not only was I happy with the price for relocating my home in town here to another home; I was happy with the movers. They listened well and tried to please. Moved from Florida to Alaska for work. The movers that picked up my belongings were great and the movers that delivered my belongings today were great. Pleased with the experience. Even with some miscommunication, it was easily resolved and all questions answered.

Really impressed with the move. Local movers were friendly, on time, easy to work with, and went out of their way to make packing everything easier. The trouble is moving everything to the lower 48 and handing off the reigns to another company. We had some frustrations with this, delays and poor communication but the when the owner of the company caught wind of this she acknowledged the inefficiencies and personally made it right. They flew a local driver from Alaska to Montana to drive our stuff to Missouri. I was really impressed with the response.

We moved from Alaska to Arizona and we are VERY happy with Alisons Relocation. All aspects went very smoothly; from the initial conversations, site visit, scheduling, packing, transport, delivery and unloading. Everything happened as Alisons said it would - there were no surprises. The communications throughout the entire move was excellent. They kept us informed and were always available to take my calls. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and responsive.

FLAWLESS MOVE-7,700 MILES WITH ZERO ISSUES! We cannot recommend Alison's Relocations, Inc. highly enough! They moved our entire home an incredible 7,700 miles across the country, and the experience was nothing short of perfect. We packed our belongings and dropped everything off with them, (They would have come to our home and packed us if we needed it). They professionally crated our most fragile items, and our worry was completely unnecessary-everything arrived on time, intact, and without a single issue. For extra peace of mind, we put an AirTag in our shipment to track it across the country, and on top of that, Alisons Relocations kept us updated with regular emails. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability are second to none. If you need a moving company you can truly trust, look no further. Alison's Relocations exceeded every expectation! When my uncle passed away he left behind a baby grand piano that was gifted to us. The piano was an hour away and my aunt was in the process of moving out of state. I contacted Alison and was able to schedule a move the same week. Even on the coldest day(-36°), the piano was successfully delivered. They packed and protected it for its journey to its new home. On arrival they were careful with bringing it into the house, used moving blankets, protected my floors, set it up and made sure it was where I wanted it. Customer service and time was great. Thank you for everything. Having my uncles piano safe and sound means the world to us.
